For what it’s worth, things are back to normal on my site.
Alex, how many links are you talking about? Because if it’s really that many, you might want to ask the del.icio.us staff about it and see if they have any suggestions.

I guess del.icio.us restricts the amount of links one can get via plugin. At least they restrict (!) the number of links per tag to 31, that is what del.icio.us told me a while ago.

alexandra: i’ve limited the plugin to display 10 items. the site is located here (Check “Kurz notiert”) and yeah, this is really annoying… hope we can get a fix for this?!

I’m experiencing the same problem right now at Digital Hearth
I have a “10 Recent Links” column on the right side of the site using the TXPLICIOUS plugin, and often it only displays 4 or 5 links. How bizarre!

That page contains the official link to the latest version. Please avoid using the direct download methods because those are more prone to breaking. FYI, this hasn’t been updated in a while and I’m not sure if it will work properly on 4.0.4, but I imagine it will. Please email me if you have specific problems and are running 4.0.4. I’m back in school so I’m trying to find time to update the plugins on my Project page (http://www.outoverthevoid.com/project/).

This thing is great, but I can’t figure out how to get the Notes attached to each del.icio.us link to display. Anyone have a fix?

you can specify a form to use. like
<txp:txp_icio_us username="foobar" form="Links" maxitems="10" />
it should be of type “link”. in the form just do something similar to
<li><h4><txp:link /></h4><p><txp:link_description /></p></li>

Oh, sure. NOW it works. I messed with it all night with no luck, came back today and now it works. Strange. Thanks for the formatting tip, though!

I am also experiencing the disappearing link problem. It appears that once a del.icio.us links’ “posted on” date passes a certain threshold, it stops being pulled in by the plugin. I don’t know if this is a del.icio.us, magpierss, or txp_icio_us issue, but it’s making the plugin basically unusable. It’s a shame!
