CSS background images

I’m having an organizational problem with backgrounds in CSS since they are named by numbers (uploading via the backend, naturally). is there any trick to be able to use a txp call in the CSS file to use the name? Or a way to get the images to upload with the name.extension instead of numbers?

(I’m new, sorry!)

Re: CSS background images

you can always upload them via ftp if the name is important to you…

Re: CSS background images

for any design-related images i have always just uploaded them via ftp. i’m assuming most people who use the upload function in textpattern usually do so for actual article images, galleries and the like.
