Install issue

I am seeking to install the latest version of Textpattern off the site, 4.0.4. The instructions say to find the config.php.default file in the download.

It’s not there. The only file I can find is config-dist.php. When I try to post the code into this file, I go into the same cycle that I see someone else experience, where I keep clicking I DID IT and I go back to the POST THIS into the config.php.default file.

I’ve searched around in the FAQ and other threads but can’t find an answer to this.

The detailed instructions had the incorrect file name (I fixed it). In the setup, it says to paste the configuration code into a file named config.php. Create a file called config.php and upload it to the textpattern/ directory. Or edit config-dist.php, but remove “-dist” from the filename.
