Strange Message - Warning: extract() [function.extract]: First argumen

Hello,

We have had textpattern running on our servers for over a year now with no problems.

We upgraded our servers and now we are getting the following errors:

Warning: extract() [function.extract]: First argument should be an array in /home/virtual/site41/fst/var/www/html/textpattern/publish.php on line 56

Can someone pls help.
