No limit on comments time

I’m using the comments feature within a faq page. Visitors can post their questions about subjects. In this special case, 6 weeks maximum limited comments time are’nt adapted.
What do you think about a time delay attribute within comments tag. Or less, only one attribute delay=“ullimited” ?

“never” is in the list of available options for the comment expiration time preference. What else would you need?
