Access to create section for writers
I’m not sure : do a simple writer can access to section tab?
If not, what do you think about the possibility for a simple writer to create new pages (from a selected well named pre realased stylesheet and page model)?
…Another idea a number for each tab and sub-tabs to configure prefs file.

Not likely to happen by itself. The privileges system is due for an overhaul, which would allow you to setup something like that on a site by site basis.

I dont understund exactly what you want to do!
