Flash MySQL DB integration
I am not too familiar with the textpattern structure so I was wondering if it is possible that someone could take this http://www.webmonkey.com/webmonkey/03/40/index0a_page6.html?tw=programming and convert it to a plug-in to work in TXP.
The idea is that any user would be able to update flash text content using Textpattern. This has particular use for hybrid sites that have a little bit of flash pizazz to accentuate the static content.
Thanks in advance!

On a side note: that article is showing you how to load content into flash using the most basic (and not really good) method available (loadvars). Loadvars would break too often if you allowed the user to mess with the content that ends up in the file that flash then loads in via loadvars.
Load content in via xml (with <[[ & ]]>
) and using remoting (either proprietary flash server, amfphp, DjangoAMF, etc.)
There’s a remoting clone that works with Ruby too, I believe. …if that kinda thing floats your boat.
