Error 127 from storage engine select

I get the following error message:

Warning: Got error 127 from storage engine select * from maintxp_form as txp_form where 1 order by type asc, name asc in /home/6213/domains/oldphotosjapan.com/html/textpattern/lib/txplib_db.php on line 84

It appears in the Textpattern Content/Write and Presentation/Forms pages. The forms don’t display anymore.

I am using Textpattern 4.0.4

Any ideas?

Forget it.

I just discovered that this is due to a corrupted table in the MySQL database. Now I just need to find out why this happened in the first place.
