Pretty basic stuff, and he dodges the most tricky ones such as single or multiple h1 in one page, individual weight vs strict relative tree heritage of headers html tags, and so on.

Maybe so, but do you think the average Textpattern template-designer is that hard-core? It might not be useful info for you, but I see enough “how do I center my div” – type posts here to know that a lot of folks can benefit from that article. Perhaps I should have named the thread more descriptively.
