It’s a pretty highly modified version of 4.0.1, though I’m pretty sure you’re right — we could probably get what we need out of 4.0.4. Our site has been live a year and a half now, and I’m pretty sure it’s not in our budget to completely redo the site for at least a couple of years ;)
By the way, I was able to update the table and my problem is solved. Thanks so much for all your help!

Glad you got it working! Just keep in mind that modified versions of TXP are open to security holes (from the firm who modified it) and nearly impossible to update (esp. since it’s 4.0.1 – 4.0.4 introduced tons of new features and bug fixes), so you might have issues in the long run.

As jm said, if your Textpattern install is that heavily modified, you are probably going to run into other issues soon. You may want to contact Team Textpattern or find another Textpattern-wise designer/developer among the many on these forums.
