I kind of like it. But I think the {mobidiff} looks wrong. If you are going to have a tag cloud as a header then have mobidiff as your biggest tag, imho. Or perhaps it’s the shadow that’s putting me off. Or the placement in the centre. TOPICS and the lines below it need lining up better. They are unequal in Opera (I haven’t looked in any thing else). Also the header background would be better with a straight right edge, imho. If you can get everything lined up better it will improve it.

Well, how about getting a nice template for your site. if you are no designer, (seems so :)), get one and make my eyes happier ;)
