setup/ still exits error message in the diagnostics

my diagnostics shows always this error message:

/mnt/jd1/05/866/00000012/htdocs/blog/textpattern/setup/ still exists
do i need to delete something in the setup folder?

or it doenst affect other functions?

you must delete all the setup folder after the installation.
