Video file (down)loading / playing problem with files folder
Hi, I don’t know if this is the right place to post this but I’ll try anyway.
I have problems with loading and previewing video streaming files ( I used bas_flv player plugin ). These problems started after upgrade to 4.0.4. For example loading stops near the end or playing stops in the middle etc…
Do you have any suggestions?

i just checked the videos, they load and play just fine here —
are you sure it’s not a problem with your connection?

Actually they load and play fine on my computer , but my client claims that some visitors (around 10) reported loading problems.
Maybe it is internet explorer problem. Did you try in IE?

Ok, I think I found the cause for the problem. All videos are inside of the Files folder and I removed one video from this folder and put it in the root folder and it worked just fine, no problems with downloading and playing at all.
I think this is a serious problem because all videos downloading from files folder are interrupted while loading/playing.
Can anyone give some advice on this matter?
