Archives by month, side menu link to page
Hi,
I’ve spent what seems like hours looking at all the forum posts, FAQ’s, etc., on building an archives page by month. Most of the stuff I find is in expired threads, with links to thebombsite, that doesn’t exist anymore.
What I’d like to do is put a list on the side menu by month/year according to the section you are in, which would take you to that page listing out all the articles.
I’d like to do it with just txp:tags, I know there are plugins but I want to make sure that it can’t be done in the core. Can anyone point me in the right direction, thanks.

Yes, that seems to be the way to go, just trying to get my head around the FAQ and the many ways people have used Zem’s example.
