Mangled styles on admin panel
This is not an urgent problem because the public view of my site is OK, but when I look at the admin panel the style on the menu tabs is mangled as are the “textpattern” labels in the yellow header bar and near the “logout” link – the effect can be seen at this link
At this stage all I have done to try to fix this is to re-upload a fresh copy of the images in the textpattern\txp_img folder but that didn’t help.
The site that this problem appears on is 4.0.4 r1956 and was built with that release (ie. not upgraded from a previous txp release)
I other sites with the same host (so same PHP etc) at the same release level that were upgraded from a previous release and are OK.
The problem is not browser specific, appears on IE7, OE6, FF2 and FF1.5 (though on FF2 it’s a little different than in the jpg, in FF2 the whole of the currently selected tab is black).
As no-one else has reported it (so far as I can find) I presume it’s something specific to the way I built the site, so any suggestions as to other files I should re-upload (presuming one of them got corrupted somehow) or what else might be causing this would be appreciated

Re: Mangled styles on admin panel
Yeah, looks like your images have been corrupted somehow.
The file size is also different:
Your image: 892 bytes
Original image: 894 bytes
Are you uploading the images in “Binary” mode, and not “ASCII”?

Re: Mangled styles on admin panel
Me, make a simple mistake like that!
Erm, yes.
Thanks for the hint, that’s fixed it.
