Multiple links to downloads broken in 4.0.4

Hi,

I am linking to several downloadable files in my articles like so:
<txp:file_download_link id="181">Download</txp:file_download_link> (<txp:file_download_downloads id="181" />)

However, after upgrading to 4.0.4 when I have more than one download on the page it defaults to the first one listed.

For example if I had in the same article:

<txp:file_download_link id="181">Download</txp:file_download_link> (<txp:file_download_downloads id="181" />)
<txp:file_download_link id="182">Download</txp:file_download_link> (<txp:file_download_downloads id="182" />)

it would output two links to download file 181 and the download counts would both show that of 181.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
