Sections missing after moving installation
Please forgive my Vanilla Textpattern questions, however
I moved my Texpattern site from a subdirectory to the root of my site following the excellent How To Directions. The main page is peachy, but all of the section links are broken and yeild 404 errors.
What have I done, and, more importantly,
How do I fix it?

…ah, my husband – who has never even looked at Textpattern before – figured out that it had to do with Permanent Link Mode. He switched the Admin=> Preferences=> Publish => Permanent link mode to ?=messy, and everything worked again.

…figured out that it had to do with Permanent Link Mode.
Maybe not in the way you think. If you could provide more information, we might be able to make clean urls work for you again.
