TXP Diagnostics Gives Internal Server Error
Anyone got any ideas why I’m getting a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to view the Diagnostics tab in TXP?
All the sites are on the Howe server at TXD, and this was never previously a problem. Even TXP sites which I set up 6 months or so ago are showing the same problem but this was definitely working at the time. It’s not massively important since the sites seem to be working well enough in every other way, but I am the curious type.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

No idea. You’ll need to contact the TextDrive people, because a 500 server error really does prevent us from figuring out the cause.

Thanks Mary, I did also post on the TXD forum.
Having eventually found some previous posts on this issue here in the TXP forum, it seems to have been happening to other people when they upgraded to 4.0.4, which rings a bell with me too. Hopefully I’ll find out if this is a coincidence.

Weird. It’s suddenly working again!
I’m guessing the problem was a missing rule from the mod security exclude.conf file or summat. But whatever it was, thanks to the mysterious force that took care of it.
