problems with forms, pages and articles
Hello,
Im still trying to understand this triangular relationship between forms pages and sections. Bear with me.
Im having a specific problem with trying to create a static contact section here:
http://mcmonagle.biz/index.php?c=Contact-Eaf
Im using the zem contact reborn pluging-The plugin is working fine.
The problem is that i can only get the contact form to show up if its on the deafault page. It wont populate anywhere else if i put <txp:zem_contact to=“dest@example.com” /> somewhere in my contact page even if the code on my contact page is identical to my default page. However if the <txp:zem_contact to=“dest@example.com” /> is on the default page it will show up on the contact page even it the tag isnt in there.
Heres what I dont understand. The form will work well on the article section (default page) but not on the contact section even if its using the default page. Is this an article or a form issue?
thanks in advance

Re: problems with forms, pages and articles
On the ‘sections’ tab, make sure the ‘contact’ section uses the page ‘contact’ (instead of ‘default’).

i dont know i think its either something with articles or the forms, does every page need a corresponding form of the same name?

That URL doesn’t indicate a section, that’s a category. You can find more information on forms, sections, pages and categories in TextBook
