Site flowchart feedback: Textpattern compatible?
My main concern is separating the different “issues” —> “Sections”… Maybe nested (sub)categories?
Also, I will be needing “Public” and “Member-only” content/sections… What would be the best way to manage this? Hmmm, maybe it would work well if all stories/entries default to “Member-only” and then one could mark specific stories as “Public” via a second category designation?
Does TXP handle member registration well? Anyone hook-up a paid registration system using TXP?
Any tips/advice/suggestions/critiques/rtfm’s would be spectacular. :)
(Please note: It has been several months since I last used TXP… Sorry in advance if my questions are not well formulated — I got my mind wrapped around Python/Django at the moment… I miss TXP!)
TIA,
Cheers,
M

Re: Site flowchart feedback: Textpattern compatible?
Pheeew, got some sleep under my belt. :)
So, a kind person suggested using these plugs:
mem_self_register
ign_password_protect
Sounds like the combination of the two will suffice for a member registration system.
More tips are appreciated.
Please note, my flowchart is very basic… I was just trying to get an overall feel for structure/categories.
Cheers,
M
