Full auto-link for a list of words as last process of the post

Hello,
i have some troubles to see if there is a option or plugin to auto-link a list of words in text.
I also know the feature “alias” but im lazy and want automate this.
It would very good if not exist create a plugin for auto-link a list of words, something like:

if i have

\[textpattern]http://www.textpattern.com
\[php]http://www.php.net
\[wikipedia]http://www.wikipedia.org

sorry for the slash but i dont know how to post code here..
I want that words autolinked in all post that i made as last process of the post.
I know a little of php if you can guide me maybe i can build something.

How do I post tags and code on the forum?

Sorry I can’t help you with your question, my php knowledge is not that good :( But I’m sure someone can.

Edit: I remember to have seen once a similar plugin for acronyms, maybe that could be adapted for links?

Thanks for response, i made a firefox extension to do that
“Link words in a textarea.”
extensions by tito
BTW if someone giveme clues i will make that plugin.
