Guidelines

1. No new discussions where you are merely offering your services to any passer-by. That kind of list would become unrulely and out-of-date very quickly. This forum is simply for those “in need” to give some relevant but brief details of what they require and how to contact them for further information exchange.
2. No discussing quotes/bids on the forum, as it can be legally messy to have such discussions in public. Discuss such details privately, via the other methods available to you (email, instant message, phone, etc), and it keeps things simple for all involved.
