Comments problem

I’ve searched the forum and FAQ and I can’t find anything thats relevent to this problem so:

When I select the comments link on my site to add or view comments I get an error that says:

I’ve fixed the problem. I had replaced the wrong form by mistake when editing templates to show my new style.

It looks like I was wrong I part fixed it theres no submit button and the preview button does nothing. I can’t work this one out, any ideas?
