Confused.. How do I get started ??

[update] I finally did get to make my first page. Now, the road seems easier. Thanks for these links.

Sorry for this newbie post. I could install textpattern easily, but the next step is quite puzzling..

I have read the FAQ, the How to.. so my question is posted after having browsed this site.

I have created a new category & also a new section. I then added an article using the write option, also assigned the article to the new category and section that I created.

When I open the first page, the list of categories comes in the browse list. When I select the new category which I created and which does have an article assigned to it, I get a new blank page.

My request is: Is there a step by step tutorial somewhere for new comers like me ? Please guide me to that location ..

Also, please, can someone tell me how to go about displaying the article that I created. I am sure these baby steps will enable me to understand the environment.
