Share users among different installations?
Is there a way to share users among different installations? Also and export/import would be fine.
Same question for articles…

This isn’t exactly what you’re asking, but might do what you want in a different way: the ied_if_domain plugin lets you use a single Textpattern installation for multiple domains.
Sorry if I interpreted your needs entirely wrong, though.

I thought about it, but choose not to do because I want to avoid some possibile pitfalls with that solution (links error, searching restrictions, and also some authors that I don’t want to access the main site backend).
So I would like that people already registered in the mainsite could access the news site with their existing account, without having to re-subscribe. Maybe this is not viable at the moment, or is it?
