Not a site - A Textpattern aware editor for Windows :)
Here’s a little something I have in the works for the Mac/Textmate envious Windows using, Textpattern site building users out there :) – it’s a free open source alternative/hack, but no way near as powerfull as Textmate with the Textpattern bundle.
