Help me compile a plugin

I’m having some trouble compiling a small plugin I wrote. None of the methods I’ve tried have worked for me.

I figured I’d try the j|g plugin creator, however the download link is dead.
If someone has a fresh link for this stuff, maybe you could post it here?

I’d appreciate it. :-)

Have you tried using zem_tpl ?
