output a comma-separated category list
I’d like to output a plain-text, comma-separated, category list starting at (but not displaying) a user-specified parent category.
It doesn’t look possible with the built in <txp:category_list> or with any of the plugins I’ve browsed.
Is there something simple I’m overlooking?
