How to: Display post category?

I’ve been through the various FAQs and looked through the Wiki and I can’t figure out how to do this simple thing!

For example I wan’t to display:

Lorem ipsum dolor

Posted 7 hours ago in Category

I’d also like to link Category to an archive of all posts made to Category but I’ve figured that out before I can figure out the former problem :(

Re: How to: Display post category?

Hmm… I tried that and it doesn’t appear to do anything for me

Here is what I have

< div class=“post” > < h2 ><txp:permlink><txp:title /></txp:permlink>< /h2 > <txp:body /> <txp:excerpt /> < p class=“postinfo”><txp:posted /> in < a href=”“>Site</a > <txp:comments_invite showcount=“1” textonly=“0” />

.<txp:category title=“1” link=“1” />.< /p >

————-

That’s what my article form looks like — infact, <txp:category /> is part of the cheat sheet on the forms page. I tried the wizard and it didn’t output anything for me. I just checked to make sure I have Categories for my posts and they do, General and Site Related.
