importing from WordPress 2.1 fails
As in subject – I used script embeded in texpattern and it seems that TXP didn’t imported entries content – I see only few characters from WP entries (48 characters only). Also titles of entries are imported only partialy.
Hmm… any tips?

That’s not surprising if WordPress altered its database format in 2.1; the importer won’t have updated on its own.

Yes – Nucleus is running on my blog: http://born66.net … I try to use TXP on my second domain: http://camera.art.pl
but if someone writes an importer from Nucleus to TXP … then who knows? :)

I need to do the same with some archived posts. I think the best method is to export the data out and massage it to an MT format, Jeff’s NPBlogIE plugin looks like it would be a start.

You know – I’ma not a programmer, but only end-user :) without import script the task will be almost impossible.

I just took a Nucleus driven site towards Textpattern and I still need to bring over some items from a specific blog.
It’s on my todo list, along with a lot of other stuff, so I can’t promise when I’ll get around to it but I’ll make a forum post with a how-to.
