Hi are there currently plugins that allow your textpattern site to pull news feeds from other websites?

It’s a bit different approach than bit_rss, it depends on your needs.

yeah i actually ended up using Simple Pie – bit_rss was having problems for me.

One of the problems might be because bit bundles version 1.0 Beta 2 of SimplePie.

We’re at 1.0 b3.2 for a stable release, which fixes some annoyances like date sorting, etc.
