How can I edit the default search form HTML?
Where can I get to/at this code? I would like to put a proper form label on the input and style the input with a background. I looked through the forms and pages but didn’t see any that looked like the search code.

u could add the standard search_input tag to a page template, then view that web page in your browser & view source… copy & paste the generated html, and replace the search_input tag with that!

Thanks – I will check that out.
I found this hack, which seems to work ok, however the changes to be made are on line 1050 or so in the taghandlers.php file (later than the tut mentions because it is for a slightly older version of TXP).

I don’t recommend that.
