fresh installation - diagnostic problems

hello there

i’ve just installed TXP on another host (for my next freelance project ;) – but unusually there are few problems listed on the diagnostics page…

if anyone could just take a look at those errors and tell me which of those i can ignore, and which of those should be fixed immediately:

some_php_functions_disabled: chmod,posix_getuid,posix_geteuid,proc_open
clean_url_data_failed: <?xml version=“1.0” encoding=“UTF-8”?>

okay i figured out the temp dir issue which leaves the rest..
