Preferences subtab: "Comments" is missing
Hi
Under Admin > Preferences > Basic there is no section “Comments”, “Publish” only.
“Accept comments” is set to “yes” and there is no error!
Debian Sarge
Apache 2.0.54
MySQL 5.0.32-Dotdeb_1.dotdeb.1-log
PHP 5.2.0-0.dotdeb.3
TXP 4.0.4
A fresh setup shows the same problem, but not locally with XAMPP on Windows.
Any idea?

This happens occasionally due to the order of preferences in your database. It’s fixed in svn. The fix is easy enough to apply manually.
