Let's hear it for pants!
-232-+244+ Star Wars Lines Improved by Substituting the Word “Pants”
Some of my favourites:
- “A great many voices cried ‘pants’, and then were silenced, all at once.”
- “I think you just can’t bear to let a gorgeous guy like me out of your pants.”
- “I sense the conflict within you. Let go of your pants!”

But I liked this one:
“The Force is strong in my pants.”

Re: Let's hear it for pants!
For the British ‘Pants’ are generally the underwear. Also it is a slang word for something that is below par. I also just found out that ‘Pants’ can also be Canadian slang for heroin!
Star Wars will never be the same!

Also pants = power. Albeit kinda sexist.
ie. “She wears the pants in that relationship.”

Re: Let's hear it for pants!
I actually just like the way the word sounds. “Trousers” and “slacks” I find more amusing.
But, “pants” is often a euphemism for sex or someone’s bottom, which makes this particular list amusing.
Baldrick, when did you last change your trousers?
- I have never changed my trousers.
You see, the ancient Greeks… wrote in legend of a terrible container in which all the evils of the world were trapped. How prophetic they were. All they got wrong was the name. They called it “Pandora’s Box,” when, of course, they meant “Baldrick’s Trousers.”
We are told that, when the box was opened, the whole world turned to darkness because of Pandora’s fatal curiousity. I charge you now, Baldrick, for the good of all mankind: never allow curiosity to lead you to open your trousers. Nothing of interest lies therein.

“slacks” in reference to a man’s pants makes me laugh uproariously.

Ahem.
The Brits are here.
Well, just me, and…and….
We call them trousers.
Pants are spoken of but not seen.
