Show article list and highlight the"active" one using a css class?

Hi all (again),
I am wondering how I can create an unordered list of article titles. I know I can either use an article form or the recent_articles tag with a ridiculously high number of articles beeing displayed. But how do I get it to highlight the current article in the menu using a css class? I am looking for something similar to the active_class attribute of the section_list tag…

I had a try at rss_superarchiv and it looks like a great plugin to me for archive pages, yet I do no know how I am supposed to highlight the active articlelink… Some inspiration please…;-)
