How to add tag for articles?

I see a textpattern powered website (http://maikimo.net/) that you can put a tag for each article post. Can someone tell me how to achieve that?

Wow that site is using more tags than anything … wow … this page lists the tags …

they are probably using rss_unlimited_categories

Thanks for links, both seems like a good solution for tag….
