Filter articles by current time?

Hi all,

I’ve been fascinated by Textpattern and already – with the help of this board, too – realised some individual changes.

But my current project leaves me confused: is it possible to filter articles dependent on the current server time?

I plan to build up a kind of “yellow pages” with the feature to show only shops that are open right now (“now” means when the user visits the site g). Therefore I’d use the custom fields for opening and closing hours and needed a quere like (opening hour) <= current time <= (closing hour) somehow miexd with Textpattern. Maybe I could cope with a SQL query, but then?!?

If there is any idea how the realise this, I would be very thankful!
