Cannot Activate Plugins

Okay, maybe I have been overzealous in installing plugins and trying them out to see if they’d suit my needs, as of now I can disable plugins and cannot re-enable or even activate new ones. What could be the issue? Has anyone run into this? Have I hacked too deeply into the soft tissue of Textpattern?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated

EDIT Found out the problem, upon trying at a computer at work it’s my proxy set up at home, I have cousins come over from time to time so I filter out certain types of terms and sites, something probably fell under that, so I’ll disable at home until family comes a knockin’

Have you? Did you modify any files? Please revert to the original files then.

Plugins are not loaded on the plugins tab. So no matter how many or which plugin you have installed, it shouldn’t have an effect on you being able to (de-)activate plugins on the plugins tab.
