Weird issue after upgrading to 4.0.4

Under diagnostics I get following error message: “path_to_site is not reachable /home/httpd/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/html”

But the site is working and the path is correct. What’s wrong?

According to PHP, the path shown as $path_to_site is not a directory. Normally that means something is seriously broken. It’s possible it could happen if there are some unusual security access restrictions on the directory.
