Please do the following:
- Go to your admin prefs, and change your production mode to debugging.
- Load up your comment popup window.
- If there any errors or warnings (other than “Warning: unknown_tag: popup_comments”), post them here.
- Post a full tag trace.

I’ve done all that, but the comment popup window produces no other warnings except the same tag error, nor a tag trace. The other pages however, do produce tag traces.
