upgrading 4.0.4 problem txp:permlink

hello guys, any sugestions on how to fix this problem after i upgraded 4.0.3 to 4.0.4?
error 1:

Either use <txp:permlink>/&amp;t=<txp:title /></txp:permlink> or use <txp:permlink />.
The txp:permlink tag has to be closed, either by a self-closing tag or by using it as a container tag (opening + closing tag).

thnkz alot! i solved the <txp:permlink /> issue, but was tough, be careful with the space befor the dash! took me lobg time to see the sintax error. now let me go for the <txp:if_comments>.. Also solved!
I always get confused, i place conditional comments in pages, and should be in FORMS and in the case of <txp:if_comments> gave me an error if it was a list article, it onli works in an individual article..
