Re: g1.19 Released

The category hierarchy is there, click on its name in content -> organise to assign a category to parent. There are still only scant methods for outputting the hierarchies, I’m afraid.

The extra fields for articles are added/edited in /lib/admin_config.php. I’ve added closet and cupboard not so much to be helpful, but to confirm my forgetfulness when uploading a new version, and generally sleep-deprived state of mind lately.

Re: g1.19 Released

how do one use the custom fields? is there a tag defined for that yet? Will try to search in the code for it…

And regarding to output the categories, is there a way of listing child-categories yet? If not, maybe you have a link to some info about the method you’re using to structure the categories?

Can’t wait to install this, though moving all my hacks over might be a challenge.

Re: g1.19 Released

Woohoo! At last, a features list.
Now I don’t feel special anymore, because other people have it too. That’s good.

say what? what is it pinging on textpattern.com? huh? does textpattern phone home? How do I disable this? It isnt in the web config screen.

What is the point of this one? Does textpattern.com intend on publishing a page of recently updated pages?

Re: g1.19 Released

About the URL-only title, I noticed that

http://jennyishere.net/collection/85/ (original url)

and

http://jennyishere.net/collection/BasiliusBesler/ (after entered the title “BasiliusBesler”)

pointed to the same page, which is really great. But the permalink url generates by TXP is in fact something like this:

http://jennyishere.net/collection/85/BasiliusBesler

Is it possible now to get rid of the article number automatically when publish ?

Re: g1.19 Released

Now that your actively soliciting patches, and the code is GPL, do you think you might want to include a default set of useful plugins with TXP? I know I’d be honored if you included my Amazon.com services plugin.

I can’t see any tags for it, which is odd. I tried things like <code><txp:custom_1_set /></code>, but no joy. There must be a tag somewhere, surely? Otherwise its a bit pointless?
