Comments not working on my site...please help

Hi there,

I’m pretty new and not really sure what I’m doing. I can’t get comments working on my site. Every time someone hits “preview” it goes to a blank screen. Any thoughts?

Yeah, I just double-checked your website, textpattern doesn’t have an error template set, that’s why you’re seeing blank pages when going to a page that doesn’t exist or when commenting (because of above faq)

Hi Walker iota…I was SO excited that you fixed my problem It was in fact missing a period at the end. Sadly, I still have the same issue. :-(

Please change your production mode to debugging, and see if you get any warnings or errors. Then post a tag trace (make sure you include all of it).

Thanks Mary. I did that. But I don’t know where the warnings or errors would show up? Any other suggestions? Sorry, I’m a newbie.

They would show up at the top of the page when you view your site.

Did you set Automatically append comments to articles to no? Read this FAQ, it may help you.
