[request] XHTML Validator
Not sure if this has been requested previously (I couldn’t find anything doing a search), but is there any way of integrating an XHTML validator into txp so we can check the code for our entries prior to posting?

No clue, but isn’t it pretty easy to ensure everything is Textile’d right while editing (blank lines between paragraphs) and the preview? You could view the source of the site too (fastest), or even use the Tidy HTML plugin for Firefox.

Re: [request] XHTML Validator
I found this.
I seem to recall that WordPress has a feature that can automatically correct improperly nested XHTML, but I’m not sure if it uses a third-party library or was made in-house.

Re: [request] XHTML Validator
Thanks for the link Mary, looks handy.
I guess I don’t use textile much – I generally write out all my links most of the time I attribute a class to them, and I always specify a target, but there is the odd occasion where I’ll forget a “ or whatnot, and it can really mess things up. Plus, of course, just because it renders properly on the page when previewing, also doesn’t mean it’s valid :D
