[request] syntax highlighting for pages, form and css with EditArea

I remember that there was a discussion about syntax highlighting in admin interface a while ago.
Lately I found EditArea.

Has anybody been working with this online source code editor?
I there anybody with the skills and the time to create a plugin with special TXP syntax highlighting?

skubidu, this could aswell be a feature of the txp core, not.

Has it gotten better? I tried it around 6 months ago and it really didn’t work well enough yet to pursue.
