non-breaking spaces in some places in titles

After upgrading to 4.0.4 I get #160; spaces in some places in my article titles. I couldn’t figure out any regularity yet – e.g. this title gets one

Workflow Unterrichtseinheit

while this one gets only one in one spot:

Höheres Osteoporose-Risiko durch Cola?

In the Write tab both are typed regularly without any indication of a non-breaking space.

Could this have to do with the Textile update in 4.0.4?

Turn off “no widow” in the admin prefs.

Another strange thing I noticed: this option was third in the list in one of my installations and last in another. Does that mean the upgrade didn’t work properly in one of them?

Were all the language files updated?

The order of preferences is more or less random and depends on the upgrade path the site has already taken during its life time: New installs will show different preferences arrangements than older sites (with preferences added after the initial install as a part of the update procedure). This is no issue functionality-wise.

Ok – I see. The two sites are indeed different in age and “path” so that explains it. As long as the installations are ok I’m fine with that. Thanks for your help.

By the way: language files were updated properly on both sites.
