Still problems with files(?)

This thread was closed when the bug was fixed. I just updated the taghandlers.php with the one from revision 2036 but get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function filedownloadurl() in d:\customers\mattiasskoog.se\wwwroot\textpattern\publish\taghandlers.php on line 2978

…on pages with filetags. (Running 4.0.4 in Live-mode)

Is there some other files I also should update or is the bug still there?
