Can't open txp_lang.MYI
I’m receiving the following error messages at the top of my txp admin page:
Warning: Can’t open file: ‘txp_lang.MYI’. (errno: 145) select name from txp_lang where lang=‘en-us’ limit 1 in /Library/Apache2/htdocs/snozle/textpattern/lib/txplib_db.php on line 84

I saw this was covered in a previous post which directed me to a faq. I followed the instructions, but the database txp_lang is not even showing up in phpmyadmin so I have no way to repair it. What should I do?

It’s a table inside your database, not a database itself. The cause for your problem is a crash of the mysql-server, if phpmyadmin doesn’t let you repair it you should get in touch with your hoster and explain the problem to them.

I just realized what I wrote, I meant phpMyAdmin didn’t display the table not database sorry.
I just installed the new version of phpMyAdmin and it now showed the txp_lang table, the old one didn’t for some reason. I ran a repair and it now works, thank you.
