Differences in 4.0.4 builds
I just did a clean install of 4.0.4 for another site and noticed a small difference in the Advanced Admin panel and was wondering if it was a big deal or not.
The first image is of a upgraded install and the second image is of a clean install. If you look, you will see that Allow raw PHP? is in a different spot. Now I know that this by itself is probably just a moved around option that is more aesthetic than systematically a problem, but I am curious if this means that the whole upgrade process didn’t go through as it should have. Is there a way to check if everything is groovy?
Any help would be great. Thanks.

Both my clean installs and upgraded ones show Allow raw PHP? under Spam blacklists
One thing I noticed is that you should update your languages in the upgraded install and you might try clearing your browser cache and restarting it.

This is because of the way Textpattern sorts advanced preferences. The sort order was added during the upgrade process, and it depends to some extent on the contents of the database.
Nothing to worry about, in other words.
Diagnostics will warn you about most significant problems.
